Jewish Philanthropist Anne Heyman died tragically in a freak horseback riding incident last week. Anne was the founder of the Agahozo Shalom Youth Village in Rwanda, a home and school for orphans of the Rwandan genocide. Heyman, 52 was born in South Africa and worked as an attorney in the US. She is survived by her family, as well as the hundreds of orphans of ASYV who saw her as their own mother.
