Howie Rodenstein - Chairman
Howie Rodenstein served for the past 15 years as CFO of Adheris Inc. a pharmaceutical information services company that he grew from a start-up to its sale for $100 million to inVentiv Health. He earned an MBA with Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University. Howie founded and still chairs an annual charity bike ride that has attracted over a thousand riders and raised over $2.5 million for environmental NGO's over the past nine years.
David Rosenblatt – Co-founder
Based in New York, Mr. Rosenblatt is Co-Founder and Vice-President of Arava Power Company, Israel’s leading solar developer. As a Managing Director at BlackRock he was responsible for strategy, operations and finance in the BlackRock Solutions Division. He holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a JD from Northwestern University Law School.
Ed Hofland - Co-founder
Mr. Hofland has been a successful business leader for 30 years, creating and running many of the factories in the Arava region. He currently serves as Chairman of Arava Power Company, and of AlgaTech, a rapidly expanding international biotechnological company, and is also the chairman of Ardag, an aquaculture company with a $25mm turnover. Previously, Ed served as general manager of Ardom, a unified group of enterprises specializing in packaging and marketing agricultural produce worldwide.
Elie Wurtman - Adviser
From 2004-2011 Elie was a General Partner at Benchmark Israel, a leading venture capital fund. Previously, he co-founded and took public deltathree.com, a leader in IP telephony, Ambient, a data communications company, and TTR Technologies, a software security company. He also co-founded and sold NomadIQ, a leader in wireless data applications and GreenRoad Technologies, an innovator in real time drivers’ safety monitoring.
