Donate Solar Panels to His House of Hope Hospital in South Sudan

We are leading a crowd funding campaign in cooperation with Harvesters Reaching the Nations and The Renewable Light Fund to donate a solar installation for the His House of Hope Hospital, as well we the orphanage and primary school in the Yei region, South Sudan. The situation is dire; the hospital serves thousands of women, children and orphans, and consistent reliable electricity is critically important. The school, serving 500 students, has no lights at all. The orphanage with 150 children also needs to have dependable electricity that does not rely on diesel. We are thrilled to be given the opportunity to augment the electricity now available and enable the good people at HRN to continue their service. This is the first in a series of projects we hope to develop in the region, including larger, commercially-funded solar projects elsewhere in the country. Please see our crowdmii campaign to donate!
